ICO article in the SMH

The problem with articles like this is it doesn’t actually make it any clearer on what the laws are around ICO’s in Australia…..or what makes a successful ICO (or clearly define that they are all shams….if that’s actually the case).

How are regular punters supposed to know when the MSM finance experts cant actually clear it up.
